Can a 10 year old decide his/her sexuality?
Reading this article made me wonder if a 10 year old has the right mind to decide his identity. Is he old enough to decide such a life changing decision? I've seen people change completely growing up, but not a 10 year old. Does a 10 year old have enough experience in his life to know what he really wants. It would be hard for the parents to hear this decision coming from their son. I also wonder what environment this kid lives in to think of such a thing. I don't know how people are going to react to what he really is. Hands down to his parents for giving him his happiness.

As a parent, I know how difficult it is to see your child struggle with what ever dilemma that might arise. I also agree - hands down to these parents for being so open minded and allowing their child be at her most comfortable self. I know it's very common to see little girls dress like boys and just say she's a "tom boy", but when it's reverse, society does not know how to handle it. I'm not sure why that is?
